Coffee or Gelato Products Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. We realize the subjective taste of coffee and urge our customers to sample our coffees to find out what taste they're searching for before committing to bulk purchases. Saccuzzo Coffee can provide coffee equipment services to our exclusive coffee customers within a 50-mile radius of Newington, CT. We can service most brands of commercial espresso and drip machines, however we do not service Super Automatic Espresso machines. Normal rate is $125 per hour, discounts may apply based on monthly coffee usage. For customers outside of our service area we provide complimentary technical assistance over the phone, just call 860-665-1101. Many issues can be resolved over the phone or we can help guide you in the right direction.
We strive to get all packages out the same business day if the order was placed before 1:00pm EST, please allow more time for custom orders. We currently ship packages via FedEx Ground unless a faster shipping method is requested. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, zip code and products in your order. For an exact shipping quote, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping, please call us at 860-665-1101 to report the damage. You must contact us within 5 business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...) as the shipper will come to inspect the package. You may also call the shipper. FedEx can be reached at 1-800-GO-FEDEX. We will gladly ship an exchange product when a claim number from the shipper is issued.
Parts cannot be returned new or used.
